Must book in advance because of Covid, but usually they don't accept reservations because it's always full. Hand made noodles are very well made. The chicken broth is amazing! Super suggested. Not expensive, we drank water, had 2 appetizers and 2 ramen, we paid 39€.
The atmosphere is very cozy and well decorated, the dishes are beautiful and well presented. The service is too informal for my taste but efficient overall. The ramen tastes relatively good, but it is very salty and knowing the original ramen, the noodles they use are hardly self-made as they say, the appearance, texture and taste is very similar to regular Italian spaghetti. I didn't regret going to eat there but given the cost benefit (it's too expensive for a ramen even if it was excellent) I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I'm sorry.
The ramen and the bao are salty. I wish we had a a better experience considering all the great reviews in the past. The staffs are not friendly either.
Excellent ramen! Very friendly service and very knowledgeable. We deeply enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The Ramen are quite traditional and well prepared. We can’t wait to go back!
The miso chicken ramen was delicious. There was a bit of waiting time as the place was nearly full. I also had beer and karaage. Quality sake. Recommended.
